About Us.

The Isle of Man Employers' Federation was established after the First World War with the objective of re-securing apprenticeships for returning soldiers and ensuring there was a skilled workforce to meet the Island's demands.

Membership was traditionally construction contracting organisations, and in 2016 the Federation changed its name to the Isle of Man Construction Federation.

The main responsibility of the Federation is the administration of the Manx Accredited Construction Contractors Scheme (MACCS), but  a wide range of advice is available including employment issues, dealing with Government, and legislative requirements.
